I offer free 15-minute consultation calls to all prospective clients. On this call, I’ll ask you questions about yourself and the type of support you’re looking for, share more about the way I work, and review important practice policies. If it feels like potentially a good fit, we will schedule an intake session and I’ll follow up with new client intake paperwork.

Both! I especially enjoy working in person and find that having a dedicated space for therapy (a “safe container”) can positively impact the therapeutic relationship and the client experience. I also recognize the benefits of remote sessions for clients who require more flexibility in order to access therapy.
Please contact me to inquire about in person and virtual session availability.

It’s absolutely normal to feel nervous or apprehensive about starting the therapy, whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned client. I want to affirm you for coming this far—this is a big step! Therapy challenges us to trust and be vulnerable and this can be scary, but the potential for relief, healing, and change in a supportive relationship can make the challenge worthwhile. I’m committed to meeting you where you’re at, with patience and without judgment.

My fee is $210 for a 50-minute individual session.
I reserve a number of sliding scale fee spots for clients who are unable to afford my full rate. In alignment with my values, sliding scale fees are allocated utilizing a holistic rate structure, taking into account client income alongside other aspects of financial wellbeing including debt, housing security, employment status, and other factors limiting access to therapy services.

My decision to practice as an out-of-network provider allows me to maintain a sustainable caseload size that includes both full fee and sliding scale clients. Limiting the size of my caseload allows me more capacity for my work so I can meet each of my clients with as much presence, attunement, energy, and creativity as I can.
I recognize that paying out of pocket for therapy is a significant investment and not for everyone. My rate takes into consideration my experience level and training, operating costs of running a private practice, and my continued education and professional development. If you have more questions about the benefits of investing in out-of-network therapy, I’m happy to discuss on a consultation call.
