Hi, I’m Adrian.
My passion for people drew me to this work. I’ve always been curious about others, drawn into their unique stories, in awe of human creativity, resilience, and capacity for growth. I really believe that connection is everything—and that a lot of us don’t have enough of it. As I’ve grown as a clinician I’ve learned that genuine presence is one of the most important things I can offer to my clients. To feel deeply known and held, witnessed and unconditionally accepted—this is what makes relational therapy so impactful.
As a born and raised New Yorker, I’ve been privileged to live and work amongst interesting people from all walks of life. I come from a multicultural family that values generosity, hospitality, and humor and I seek to embody these in my work as a therapist. This city has shaped me profoundly and I am proud to call it home. I love the parts of New York that exist outside the glitz and the noise and the hustle—there is so much quiet inspiration and loving, supportive community to be found here. Outside of my therapy practice, I like spending time in my favorite neighborhoods and parks and enjoying crafty and creative hobbies. You can find me at a farmer’s market or a bakery most weekends. I’m most in my element when I’m cooking delicious things for myself and my loved ones in my cozy apartment (the other “hearth” in my life!)
